Dustin Greer
Dustin Greer serves as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller for Satellogic (NASDAQ: SATL), where he leads global financial operations, SEC reporting, and technical accounting. He also provides leadership of the company’s global tax function and supports capital markets activities and related SEC disclosures.
Prior to joining Satellogic, Dustin spent nearly a decade at Trilogy International Partners (TSX: TRL), where he was a core member of the leadership team supporting the company’s $875 million business combination and 2017 public listing—the first successful SPAC qualifying acquisition in Canadian history. During his tenure, he supported nearly $1 billion in capital transactions, including $825 million in debt raises, and contributed to enterprise value creation initiatives, including international M&A and the monetization of the company’s New Zealand operations. He also led executive operating and Board reporting processes, partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making across global operations.
Dustin began his career in the audit practice at EY. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Linfield University and an MBA from Seattle University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
